I ordered two items online 1/22/26, a wood splitting hatchet and a wood splitting maul. Day of pickup, they were unable to find the maul, whatever. I don’t live in town so it was either a 20$ upcharge for the item they couldn’t find or swing back when they had it. I chose to swing when they said it would be available… a week later. The hatchet ended up being a piece of junk. The blade was too narrow and wasn’t good at splitting kindling, I needed to baton it constantly. Since I had to go back for the other item, I wanted to return the hatchet. When I returned on 2/1/26 the customer dissatisfaction team lept into action; a man in dirty overalls & an unkempt beard walked past the cashier to ask if the hatchet had been used. I like to shop everywhere in this store and there is plenty of people in the store, but they have pretty pretty cool staff in this area but I will be okay with the shopping area and plenty to pick up the dog food, cat food, dog toys, and squeaky toys.

1st time at this location. Wasn't a bad experience, kind of standard for this size chain. The employees were helpful, once you engaged them. The store had the part I was looking for, and even grabbed a couple of Dog Toys. Hey you can't go wrong with a nice dog selection. Will Return.

Called from 9-940 straight for propane. No one answered the phone for 40 min. Got there and One cashier, 6 in line, one lady pissed off in front of the door. No employees anywhere but this one guy struggling up front. Disgraceful
