Bought two Oscars here one didn’t make it. I’ve had my tank for over four years. My water is absolutely fine. The fish was just sick as they just got them in the night before. I called and they were extremely helpful and willing to replace the Oscar for another. I love that they ask people questions to make sure there tanks are cycled and the right size for the fish they’re interested in instead of just selling the fish to people

Fantastic local pet supplies. Great fish stocks, extremely healthy fish. Loads of colors, fresh and salt water. Lots of small mammals and assembled cages/cat towers etc usually on discount. Limited food options especially for large dogs, due to storage space they only keep a few brands and smaller bag sizes. Awesome selection and great staff giving good advice.

A hidden gem in a fading mall Pet Pro might be tucked away in a mall that’s seen better days, but don’t let that fool you—the store itself is fantastic. They have a great inventory of pet supplies, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Whether you’re shopping for food, toys, or gear, you’ll find quality products and people who genuinely care. It’s a shame the mall is fading, but Pet Pro is absolutely worth the visit.

Two new guys added. Super excited. We've bought about a dozen fish from here so far and everything has been great. I will someday have a saltwater tank, until then I love admiring the fish there

Good products. Only two complaints are that I bought a ferret here and he had pneumonia and infected my other ferret with it and he died consequently. Other complaint is that my husband made some returns because he changed his mind on having a fish tank and I came in the store shortly after he made the return, and the female employee was talking down about him. Other than those two things, cool place.
