Willing to comunicate and answer all my concerns. Nothing recommended that I didn't agree with. Great Avian vet. I find Dr. Tomlin caring kind and very respectful to my bird and myself. He handles my parrot with care and my bird doesn't mind being handled by him at all. I appreciate his feedback and being honest and thorough. The assistance are friendly and informative and the front office is efficient and professional. I highly recommend for Avian care.

Its a welcoming veterinary clinic. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable starting with the receptionist. They were friendly and caring with your pet. Our dog stole and ate some grapes, which are very poisonous for them, and they induced him to make him vomit. Now our dog is doing great! I really want to thank Taylor, Vicky, Carly, Amber, Jayce, and Dr. Howard and last but not least, the receptionist for their caring and prompt response to our Luca.

Fist time new client and the staff are very friendly and efficient. It was very easy to get a same day appointment. Dr Tomlin examined my rabbit and he did a fantastic job! Will certainly continue to use this practice and enroll my other pets as well.

Our pets love everyone at Town and Country! We’ve been coming to them for almost 5 years now. Our three big pups and our reptiles have always received top-notch care by Dr. Moser, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Tomlin. Their technicians are very thorough and great with understanding all of our pets’ “quirks”. Being a Fear-Free clinic is incredible for us, as our dogs can be a bit anxious, but they have always been patient and loving towards them for all services. From annual appointments to dental cleanings to urgent visits, our family trusts them fully. Thank you all for exemplifying what gold-standard veterinary medicine looks like. 🩵

Dr. Moser has been absolutely wonderful!! She is always incredibly patient and gentle with my cat, Lei'Lani, and takes the time to make each appointment feel like a true conversation rather than a rushed visit. Dr. Moser carefully explains options, listens to concerns, and always focuses on identifying the best path forward for Lei'Lani’s care. Her thoughtful, compassionate approach makes a stressful situation much easier. I truly believe she is the best veterinarian in Gainesville, and I am very grateful for the exceptional care she provides.
