Miss Patty is absolutely amazing! After searching and reading all the wonderful reviews I decided to reach out to Pet Spa Grooming Patty B! They were fully booked, but when I messaged about grooming my son’s dog that I was babysitting, Miss Patty kindly responded and was able to fit us in early the very next morning. That meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming and treated Sunni like she was her own. Salon was very clean. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! She groomed both of my mini dachshunds and they came back looking absolutely incredible. Their coats were so soft and shiny, their nails were perfectly trimmed, and they smelled amazing. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. What really stood out to me was how great she was with communication. She gave thoughtful updates throughout the process, which completely eased my anxiety about leaving my dogs somewhere new. Patty truly cares about the animals. She makes them feel comfortable and talks to them like they are people. She is very sweet and does a great job with the grooming. My dog smelled super fresh for an unusually long time after his appt. I love that she even sent me pics of him during the visit so I knew he was in good hands. We took our shy Snowy to Pet Spa Grooming Patty B for the first time. Patty and her assistant the groomer were awesome, very professional making Snowy feel at ease as soon as we walked in the door. They were very attentive to what services Snowy needed done. Knowing she was nervous, they took time and kept us updated on the progress throughout her visit, sending pictures. Two words: Absolutely amazing! I just got this dog and upon receiving him his coat was completely matted, from shoulder blades to tail, butt, ears, everywhere. I found Patty on google and decided to reach out around 4pm. She was quick to respond, made me an appointment for the next day. Brought him in, definitely a great environment. Dogs wait in playpens instead of cages. Patty was warm and welcoming, and they litterally saved his coat. Pic for reference, I wish I had a before so u could really see the difference. Not sure what sorcery she used but she worked magic! Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
