Theravet

When my poor cat was so so sick and I called numerous vets trying to get her in and getting turned away by every one of them with no adivse nor help, even tho Theravet couldn't get me in right away, they guided me to the emergency vet in Williamston. I then started going to Theravet. The staff is very kind and loving. My new cat (an esa animal) wasnt scared, he enjoyed roaming the room as we waited for the veterinarian. It was a great experience.

1st time visit with my new puppy. Everyone and Dr. Gill were very patient with him. They all took time to answer any questions and also gave helpful tips. Highly recommend.

Honestly not a fan of this vet office. My dog has been there for a little over a year now, and was just removed because I got my dog fixed with another place after Gills Office encouraged me to. Backstory: My dog has been on medication that she needs desperately, and now because of the surgery, Dr. Gill has removed her from his patient list, refused a med refill and has caused my dog to now go 4 days without her medication. The one he prescribed to her because of her anxiety and aggression. Even in humans, you would never want to stop taking Prozac abruptly, why not? Horrible withdrawals. My dog has started withdrawals and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it until Monday when I can call and beg for another vet to get me in. Again, she was put on this med by him. My boxer dog saw Dr Gill at his other office, when he was established at Patterson's Vet clinic. It was a horrible experience. My dog ended up dying after surgery, due to his negligence. He was having a growth removal from his hind quarter. He went into cardiac arrest after the surgery, due to the anesthetic. I was made to believe that the dog was doing well after he woke up. Was never contacted while all this was going on and went to pick my dog up after work. I first was approached with a heftier bill. When asking why, was told the doctor will explain. That's when I first found out that my dog had gone into cardiac arrest and needed extra medication etc. I asked why I was never called when all this was going on and the answer was," They were understaffed that day and he didn't have time

Doctor Gill has been taking care of my pets ever since he was a vet student. I was without a pet for 5 Years and was so happy that I able to take my baby to someone I trust and know will give her the best care available.
