From Amanda, who picked up the phone for an emergency appointment for my goldendoodle to the entire team who saw her. Thank you so much! We were in Arizona over the new year and our college age dog sitter had to take our goldendoodle Zoey in for an emergency appointment because I figured she had a UTI. Which they confirmed she did. They quickly got her in New Year's Eve Day and prescribed meds. Thank you to the vet who talked to me on the phone and took care of our girl while we were so far away. Cannot thank you enough for being so accommodating when our vet unfortunately did not have any appointments available. Your team really came in clutch to help get Zoey in quickly, and give us peace of mind until we got back to her later that night. I can't say thank you enough!!!

I recently had a pet emergency and Patterson Veterinary Hospital was absolutely amazing. They got us in very quickly, were incredibly attentive, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and informative way. The team was caring, considerate, and made sure we understood all of our options. I especially appreciated them informing us about Cherry as a third-party payment option and taking the time to explain how it works — that was extremely helpful during a stressful situation. Overall, such a great vet team and a very nice facility. We’re so grateful for the care they provided. Thank you!

I’m not one to leave a negative review publicly, however, an egregious error that Patterson Vet made with my cat should be known by others. A feline diabetes misdiagnosis could have led to a life threatening situation for my cat and I’m disturbed just thinking about it. My husband and I brought one of our cats in toward the end of January for a routine check-up. She is almost 5 years old and wasn’t showing signs of illness before the appointment. We chose to have labs done, and her blood and urine had glucose in it. We’re then told our cat has diabetes, given an insulin script, shown how to inject our cat, told to change her diet and sent on our way. It was a total shock. All three of my cats go to Patterson’s for everything and I’m so grateful for the amazing care they provide literally every single time. My little kitten, Sprout, recently got neutered and I was so nervous to drop him off for surgery, but the staff made me feel so at ease. I was worried he’d be scared, because he’s still so young, but he was in such a good mood when we picked him up and they told me he’d been getting cuddles and attention since the moment he woke up from anesthesia!! I feel so safe leaving my baby in their care. He doesn’t even get nervous when we pull up to the vet anymore, I think he knows he’s going to see his besties who have been taking care of him since he was 7 weeks old. Pattersons office is the best vet around. They have helped us numerous times with our pup, they are very caring and kind. Dr. Van is great. She always takes her time and listens to our concerns. Highly recommend.
