Dr. Main and staff have always been very caring and professional. I have been very happy with this practice for many years and still have a few kitties that go there. The prices are very reasonable. He is not taking new clients but I believe he will still take new pets from current clients.

Disappointing. We were told over phone yesterday to bring pet in today, then drove 35 minutes there today. We have gone there before with a pet, so we have an account. They then refused to see the pet, saying everyone is considered a “new customer” and not welcome, unless you’ve been there very very recently. This could have been conveyed on phone when we discussed the pet’s illness and coming in to be seen. It wasted the opportunity to have care from another vet, an entire morning, plus stress to a sick cat of being hauled and not treated. We had good experience some years ago, but something’s really off now. Beware, walk-in hours are meaningless. They are essentially no longer in business for the public.

Very organized and very friendly. Doc has his team truly care about your pets. We had to put one of our babies down and it was the hardest experience of my life. They made us so comfortable and gave us all the time we needed with our baby before we left. It only took 4 days and we had her ashes back in the most beautiful wooden hand carved box with a beautiful certificate. Then a week later we received a sweet card from Doc and his team expressing their condolences. That meant so much. Any time we ever need anything they are always there to help us.

Dr. Main and staff are so nice and friendly. They care are about the animals they treat.

Dr. Main and his team are amazing. I've trusted them with my kitty for years. She is my world and I trust her with this team
