The vet is amazing and really cares about animals. The front office staff is lacking in compassion. Kristen in particular is very rude and cold. She doesn’t care about people. We had a disagreement over refill prices and fees for using chewy, she kept interrupting me and cutting me off. She wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. That is part of being a small business. Instead of listening to my concerns she told me if I was unhappy I could find care elsewhere. That’s really too bad because I loved the vet. Kristen is lacking in customer service skills and compassion!

I took my almost 9 year old pitt mix into see the vet. We seen Dr. W. I have just recently switched to them. Took my dog in for soft stools. She didn't seem to really be a dog person. All vets I have been to for myself and taking other dogs to, they talk to the dog (like baby talk) and get down to their level. She did neither. I think my dog felt that as he kept tucking his tail and giving her what she called "whale eye". Never heard that term. I have never felt the need to muzzle my dog and I did so the vet would feel safer as she seemed leary of him. And I feel my dog fed off of that. This was my choice. I was not asked to muzzle him. I was suppose to get a call back once the stool test was completed. I did not. I called the next day and got the results. I asked what else I could give hi

I recently had to put my kitty of almost 17 years down and the staff here was absolutely amazing. They got right down to testing and let me know the bad news immediately. They were the kindest people I have ever encountered at a veterinary clinic. Even though it was a very difficult time,I highly recommend this place because of the care they provided.

Staff is wonderful. Took my 12 year old dog there for years and had to put him down recently. They were caring, patient and answered all of my questions. They helped me during the difficult process. Thank you for taking great care of me and Bentley!

Cheryl has been our vet for years. She and her staff are the the best! They take great care of all of our animals. I highly recommend them.
