Customer Reviews
I had to pick up my dog after she was brought in by a good Samaritan. I’m genuinely grateful she was kept safe. I understand paying for required licensing and vaccinations. That makes sense. What didn’t make sense was being told I had to purchase a microchip in order to take my own dog home. Microchipping is not required by law, I was told it’s shelter policy and it was non-negotiable. When someone is standing there trying to get their lost pet back, that’s not a situation where they have real choice. You either pay for the additional procedure or you don’t leave with your dog. That is not a public service. That's just another company who's contracted with a manufacturer for profit. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and your policy. If microchipping is strongly recommended, explain
We recently adopted a senior pup from them and had to do a foster-to-adopt situation. They really made it a very positive experience. Communication with them was so easy and even though I can only imagine their job is busy and difficult, they always had smiles, were so nice, and always made sure we had everything we needed.
If rating this money hungry place 0 stars was optional it would definitely describe the employees, work they put in to actually care about animals and the care to communicate with you before making their own decisions. Definitely wouldn’t bring any animal here for any reason. Any Strays are not safe here. Considering they ONLY take strays that are chipped or injured. Curious as to why they are taking injured strays. Definitely not to help them back on their feet. Yea to euthanize because that’s one less problem for them. Mind you with NO communication at all. Wouldn’t even cross my mind to recommend this place. To anyone. Now look at this bs ssa reply👇🏼⬇️
Claudia was 6 years old and it only been there for a couple hours. We fell in love right away and this is only the first day and look at how we took to each other already. Thank you.
10/10 experience with this shelter. I can't even explain how quick Honey(adopted as Meredith) became a part of our family. We fostered Honey (Meredith) for a week while she was waiting to be fixed to see if there was gonna be good chemistry with our cat and she won everyone's heart immediately. They are now best friends! The staff was amazing through the whole process and made sure we were set up with a healthy dog, on a healthy diet and fixed, all before adoption.
