Theravet Acres Rehabilitation & Fitness

I feel so fortunate to have a place like Theravet that exists so close to me and my dog. From the receptionists, to the techs, the operations, to the doctor, we have never felt anything but love and support. And honesty. Theravet boarded my dog for a week (mandatory from his surgeon) post doble TPLO surgery, and then provided rehab for months after. We go again now for arthritis and really enjoy it. Tonka loves the water treadmill (most days), didn’t mind the laser therapy, and would do just about anything for the massages. He could do without the stretches but they’re good for him so he deals with is. Theravet is a world class location, right in our back yard. I know that he is in good hands when he is there- and I’m not sure I could ever express just how much that means to me.

What a gem! We took our dog for a rehab evaluation yesterday and couldn't have had a better experience. A picture is worth 1000 words so please behold my dog absolutely melting into a puddle in Jenna's hands as Dr. Browne performs her comprehensive exam. The environment they have created is so soothing that I, too, wanted to melt into a puddle and take a nap then and there. Anyway, we are very excited and optimistic about starting therapy with Theravet. We truly feel like we finally have an advocate on our side to help resolve our pup's medical mystery. We received tremendous advice at our first session, and can't wait to start our treatments and see how he progresses.

Awesome knowledgeable staff. They take great care of your pets and adapt their therapy to give your pet the best experience. I have brought three different shelties to Theravet for therapy. All have done well. All were able to return to agility. Worth the hour and a half drive each way.

Our dog Deano tore his ACL and we needed to board him while we were away on vacation. From the first phone call, the responsiveness and helpfulness of everyone we’ve talked to or worked with at Thera-Vet has been superb. We arranged for maintenance therapy for Deano during his stay so that he would be fit for his upcoming surgery. We dropped off a 10-year old dog with a serious injury and three weeks later we brought home a puppy! We were thrilled with the improvement we saw in Deano and we were completely impressed with the Thera-vet staff who helped get us and our dog through a challenging time. An absolutely wonderful experience!

I am so grateful for the services (physical therapy, boarding and rehabilitation) that Theravet has provided for my little guy Tyler Rex. They have been there for him-- before and after his ccl surgery. He is healthier and happier than he has ever been. So pleased with the services and fortunate they are located so close to me.
