Bayview Animal Hospital

I’ve been bringing my rats here for the last few years and I’ve never had a bad experience! They’ve treated all my boys and girls amazingly. Bayview is one of the only places I can get my rats into without waiting weeks to months. They’ve treated my boy Max so well. From having a big emergency to simple check up appointments doctor Gebbie and all the staff has always pleased me and made sure my boy was okay. Max is 1 year old now and if it wasn’t for Bayview he wouldn’t be here, and I couldn’t be any happier with the love and care they give to their frequent flyer Max!☺️

I rarely do reviews but the kindness and compassion the desk staff here have showed me needs to be recognized. I wish I remembered their names. My cat was diagnosed with end stage renal disease and when it was time to look for end of life care for him I had called inquiring. The first woman I spoke to was so kind and patient and worked through pricing for me and answered all of my questions. I ended up calling back to schedule an appt a few days later. Unfortunately my cat didn’t make it through the weekend and when I called to cancel the appointment, the women on the phone (I believe different from the first one I spoke to) was so kind as well. Bayview was absolutely amazing treating my hamster Beefsteak. Some places treat small pets like a second thought, but Bayview treated my hamster just like any other pet. They were very transparent about costs so there wouldn't be any surprises, communicated in a timely manner when my appointment had to be pushed to a different time, and just took great care of Beefsteak overall. I especially appreciate that the vet taught me how to wrap him to give him his antibiotics without stressing him out. Thank you!! ❤❤

Peyton had three diseased teeth and an abscess. Dr Ye and her staff were very clear in explaining the outcomes if we had it taken care of or let it go. She was very thoughtful of his age and health. We decided to take care of it Dr Ye annd her staff were very thorough with teeth cleaning and extractions and after care instructions . They took great care of Peyton. He is recovering well! They made us feel very comfortable with our decision to have the surgery. He is a much happier dog now!

I love this place. Staff is calm, upbeat, and ready to deal with the next situation. I brought my German Shepherd in to have her eyes checked and found that there was a solution. She had Panis, which is common in German Shepherds. I had to put eye drops in her eyes and it disappeared! Well, one morning, I came down stairs and saw my dog into my purse. I started to panic, as I had a dark chocolate bar inside the purse. That rascal had gotten into my purse and started to run with the bar. I stopped to grab her snacks and to commence a trade. She knows how to trade objects for treats! I said you want one of these? The dog looked and thought "Naw, I have a prize right here!" I started to throw a few snacks in an opposite direction and she went for it. I was running for the bar and go
