Pet Supplies Plus Baytowne

Lovely staff and excellent selection of supplies! Dog wash area is top notch and well maintained. I go out of my way to go to this store vs the closest one to me because of it! Enki always leaves fresh and clean, and with so much space in the bathing area, we can comfortably have our own space when other dogs are there as well.

I typically do not leave reviews but I feel it was necessary today. The cashier was so friendly and helpful. She not only told me the aisle to find the dog food, she also took time to show me where it was! The added bonus is when she complimented the mannerisms of my dog. Chuey was impressed with her as well!☺️

I had an awesome experience at the store. I was looking for several items, the cashier helped me with finding calming chews as well as an enzyme cleaner for my carpet, to remove smells. I was given suggestions and also felt empowered with my decision, based on her suggestions. I love this store, I never feel rushed or a bothersome to the staff with all my questions. They are always so willing to help. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable towards all my needs. I will continue to be a repeat customer with all my pets needs. Sidenote: My Jaxie boy was dealing with some anxiety and the calming chews suggested really helped, as you can see in the photo lol. Sleeping peacefully!!

I love this store! Everyone is so nice and helpful and there is always a great selection of food and toys. The coupons are nice when they come in the mail as an added bonus, but I shop here anyways because I can always find what I need, lots of help available in in and out quickly. Five stars!!!

Always friendly and helpful. They advised me to start my dog on raw goat milk for his digestive troubles and it worked ! Plus he loves it. Always do my dog shopping here!
