Animal Intermediate Care

I have never met a team of more compassionate people than the staff at AIC. Today was my first ever pet emergency, and it was with a dog I have been helping watch for the last two weeks after his owner gave him up. The staff treated Sauske as if they have known him forever, and treated me as if I had been taking my pets there forever. They removed a pacifier that was lodged in his stomach for weeks, maybe even longer, that had been there from his previous owner. The front desk staff, vet techs, and Dr. Lennon are truly a team of animal lovers & wonderful human beings. Thank you so so much for your kindness towards both Sauske and me throughout the process. Your pets (and even the ones that are not yours) are in amazing hands here.

We called ahead to be sure they could see us and they told us to come right away! Our little kitty Milo had something wrong with his leg and he couldn't stand up. As soon as we got in they took him and put us in our own room. The vet was QUICK and knowledgeable, they gave us options in our price range and were very compassionate. Definitely come here if you're in an emergency situation.

We came in today with our 2 year old French bulldog with an aggressively growing, bleeding mass, our regular vet couldn’t figure out. The care my family and dog received at this facility was exceptional. Dr. Lennon and the rest of the staff were extraordinary, if this site provided routine wellness I would switch providers. The facility is clean, warm, welcoming, and extremely thorough. We came in with the expectation we may have to put our beloved dog to sleep and we’re met with not only answers but care and compassion. We also witnessed just how amazing all the other sick pets were treated. I would highly recommend this facility and the staff to anyone in need. Kudos you all and Thank You so very much for all that you do.

I can’t say enough good things about Animal Intermediate Care (AIC). I couldn’t get in anywhere else, and they were the first place willing to take my dog, Deuce, in. They stayed three hours past closing just to help him, which meant the world to me. I had rescued Deuce recently, and it turned out he had a seven-inch stick lodged in his stomach. AIC performed emergency surgery, removed the stick along with a part of his stomach, and quite literally saved his life. It’s been about a week since surgery, and Deuce is doing amazing thanks to their incredible care. The whole staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate. They kept me updated every step of the way and were so reassuring when I was scared and emotional. Their communication was excellent, and the cost was much more reason

Thank you so much ! One for not judging me or making me feel bad for not knowing better and helping me make the best decision for my senior dog. You guys gave me more time with my best friend ! Every single staff member was so pleasant and caring ! This is the cleanest vet I’ve ever been to ! I’ve never been to a vet where it doesn’t smell like animals when you walk in. The rooms and waiting area are super clean and it smells so clean which makes the experience way better. You guys deserve the 5 stars because you give the best experience and care.
