I have only been there twice with my pup and they did a phenomenal job on her. They were very friendly and when I picked Gracie up she was excited to see me but not going crazy trying to get out of there. That told me that she'd been treated very well. I would definitely recommend them to groom your furry friend!

We have been a customer for over a year and have had great service until our last time. My dog usually is only at the groomers for about 1-2 hours this last time she was there for over 4 hours. I was told multiple times through text messages and phones calls how my dog’s hair was so matted and horrible even though she has shorter hair. Also, I treat my dog like my child so she is very spoiled and loved. They made me feel like I was mistreating my dog. I was heartbroken leaving this place since I have never been treated this way before. Not to mention when I got her home she had a cut down part of her back that they claim nothing happened. This place is not prepared to deal with larger reactive dogs. Crowded, noisy, hyperstimulating. Was expecting my dog to be muzzled, but was presented first with a muzzle too large, followed by one way too small. By now my poor dog was frustrated and frightened with the owner asking me how long has my dog been aggressive and offered me a card for a behavioralist where he just finished training. (Passed as well) May be a beautiful place for complacent small dogs. But if you have even a slightly reactive dog, don't bother, because the owner,at least, won't

They love animals and know what they are doing. We have 2 very shy fur babies, they love people, but are shy. They took very good care of our fur babies, very good grooming and excellent advice. Please go to them, especially if you have shy fur babies like we do.

I messaged someone who works here. Then I called twice, left a message both times with NO response. That is not professional & truly not someone grooming my 4 miniature schnauzers. We're not in high school anymore which means you respond to everyone as a professional. I am a Senior Software Engineer and breeder. Completely unacceptable
