Glacial Lakes Veterinary Clinic

We were driving through on a road trip when my dog, Leila, got really sick. The staff and veterinarian were so kind and got Leila in, diagnosed, and initiated treatment within a couple hours. She’s doing great now and we are so grateful!

Undoubtedly saved my dogs life. No one else has been able to see him successfully but Dr. Hennen has the magical touch. We love her and the staff so much! We live four hours one way away now but will never likely take him anywhere else unless there’s an emergency. So thankful.

These amazing people are so great with all of my animals! We only need to utilize their services when our local (normally large animal) vet can't help us but GL has come through every time! We've used them for emergency services, biopsies, X-rays and a limb amputation for a cat, and services for our Bearded Dragon. No matter how big or small the issue is, all animals get cared for, loved on and the staff are all laid back, efficient and very positive in all situations. They're also very patient when you have a ton of questions! Love this place! ❤️

I rescued two birds that were supposedly clean and illnesses free. One of them died and the other started showing symptoms. My whole flock is infected and Dr. Hennen is prescribing meds to all my babies via water. Thank you for for getting me set up!!!! I am hoping this vet cares more than the one in Sioux Falls. They took labs for my cockatiel to see why it is so sick... being sick for over a month and off the nose diagnosis of sinus infection was not good enough for me and no labs were done. Hope labs come back soon so I can get my baby comfortable. This vet gave me new meds so I hope something helps soon. The staff was polite and helpful.

Great group of people here , I take my cats there. I bring strays and special needs cats and Andrea always knows how to help them! Conveniently located and reasonably priced .
