Furry Friends Grooming

I paid for the full package. Heather did a good job on getting knots out of my cat’s fur but did not do the haircut that was requested. I then followed up asking if we could rebook to do the haircut. We did schedule but I had asked to reschedule due to family emergency. The owner said she would get back to me but never did. So I paid $100 for a bath and removing knots. I was very disappointed as the main reason I took my cat there was to get her fur shorter and that’s exactly what I didn’t get. I would rather just have my cat get her fur cut shorter than get a refund.

I took my Rebel to Furry Friends Grooming, she is a lab, blue healer and German Shepard mix. I could comb her with the furminator for hours and the hair would still keep coming, just petting her would give me a handful of those short little hairs. Furry Friends did their de-shed treatment and it is nothing short of a miracle. She no longer leaves a blanket of hair on our furniture (it was a lot), when I pet her there is virtually no hair, and she smells better than she ever has.I messaged them after and asked what they do because my vet wanted to know. If you need a groomer, this is the place to go.

Heather and her staff Baily are awesome! They do a thorough, professional job and are very courteous every time I bring my sweet Willow in. Their new location is amazing and are flexible with appointments. I would recommend Furry Friends Grooming to any and all pet owners!

Heather does an amazing job with my dog. In the past, my Angel used to be scared going to groomers, but she's so excited to go to Heather's! Really wish I could give an even higher rating. Heather definitely cares about all the animals she works with, and she absolutely goes above and beyond to care for your pet.
