The Wizard of Paws

After having a bad experience at a previous groomer, Hannah and the Wizard of Paws team did an amazing job making sure my boy felt safe and comfortable while being groomed. Not only does he feel better now but he looks so handsome, too!!

It's been almost 3 years since the first appointment and things only get better! The staff are amazing and I can't still thank them enough for all care and love that they provide to my babies! Thank you guys! ❤️ ------ It's been more than one year and our admiration for their work just grows! We love all of the girls that work there so much because they always show respect and love for our little girls! It is the perfect grooming! ------ Today was our first appointment for grooming for our two girls (one mix and one corgi) and they came back amazing! They smell so good that is impossible to handle ❤️. Also the girls that attend us were so nice and adorable that we feel safe to leave our girls there. It took like 1:30h for both dogs be done and we use this time in the grocery store near the

I had a miserable experience here. I had taken my toy poodle here before and they had done a great job, the second time I took him however, I found him in a crate on a table, with his head bandaged. They had gouged both of his little ears and he bled a ton. They lied about this and said that it was because of matting (it wasn’t). He was literally traumatized for weeks after, shaking and refusing to eat or go outside. I took him to the vet and that’s where they found the large cuts. Wizard of paws had offered to cover the vet bill (admission of guilt imo) and they did which I do appreciate. I definitely should’ve asked for a refund but I didn’t so oh well.

A wonderful experience for our two fur babies. They have been great working with the puppies for their beginning experiences with being groomed. Such a friendly staff.

I have 13 years and 2 dogs worth of experience having dogs groomed in Tuscaloosa and I can honestly say Elizabeth at The Wizard of Paws is the best groomer I have ever been to. She and her team did an immaculate job on my Dexter. I love that the dogs are allowed to roam and play instead of being stuck in kennels all day waiting on bathtime. In fact my dog loved the experience so much he wanted to stay with Elizabeth when I came to pick him up! 🤣😂 We will definitely be back!
