Pet Supermarket

This store is usually the only pet store in town that has live feeder crickets in store all the time. Had one of the heavy set female employees load me up with 50 crickets when I asked for 10 and then was given attitude when I told her I didn’t need that many and she refused to dump them out. Then, when I go to checkout another employee informs me that it’s store policy to provide emails for all live animal sales. I feel this should not apply to feeder crickets. Then, I get at least 1-2 marketing emails a DAY even after I’ve unsubscribed. All of the younger staff are completely unprofessional and don’t care about the job.

We get all of our fish from here! Also bought several aquatic plants. Started with a 10 gallon and now have a 30 gallon, and have used this store throughout. Most of the aquarium decor I bought online but Pet Supermarket has everything you need in one place. Knowledgeable employees have been very helpful. Would recommend.

Nice, clean, pet store, very knowledgeable about fish, which is my new life quest! Friendly staff large variety of live animals and supplies not found in other local pet stores. I've bought plenty beautiful fish from here. Gourami, African cichlids, tiger barb, oscar, guppies, platys, snails, and live food and great aquarium plant selection. Never had to return any that died, but they did accept a return of 3 green tiger barb that were too aggressive for my tropical community aquarium.

Too often sick or missing fish stock. Too many time come to buy abd not in stock.

Deana was very helpful and knowledgeable on the items that would best fit my dog. She was such a pleasure. I know my business will continue to be at this store.
