Absolutely 10 out of 10 would recommend. Cody was incredibly patient with all my questions and the customer service was wonderful. He responded in a timely manner, and gave good appropriate shipping updates for my animal. I purchased during colder temps, so he of course waited for appropriate weather to ship. My GTP was packed securely and very nicely with uniheat shipping warmers. My GTP arrived safe and healthy. I also got a great deal on my GTP from them. I am from KCMO, but I'd be willing to take a road trip to go check out his shop just based on this experience. Thank you, Cody, for selling me one of my bucket list snakes!

I want to start off by saying thank you! After making the 2 hour drive on 9/30 with hopes to bring home a new baby, I did just that! This was an incredible experience and I appreciate you all for allowing me to hold so many unique pets and ask as many questions as I wanted. You were all very knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and not once did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Being able to care for bearded dragons that have not had the best start to life has been a long passion of mine. After losing Mater recently, I was worried I was not going to continue with my passion. I felt so empty without having a beardie to care for and after reviewing your page I knew I wanted to come to you and purchase my next little one. All of the bearded dragons you had were adorable and very well cared for and loved.

The absolute best! We are new to reptiles and I cannot tell you how many times I have called, or messaged on Facebook (we do not live near the area), but they answer EVERY single question or concern with the utmost patience. Truly don’t know how they even have the time, but they always respond. Cannot recommend them enough! The care and concern they show even after the “sale” truly speaks volumes.

Owners and staff super friendly and informative. 10/10 experience. Encourage all to try. Was able to get a tortoise at very good price☺️ They also have all tools needed for first time purchases.

So happy to have this store in Northport! Our kids insisted we go SEVERAL times during opening weekend and each time we were greeted like family. The animal selection is impressive, and their boutique offerings are going to take a toll on my wallet! They have the cutest mugs and the candles they carry smell delicious! We picked up a mascot for our store and Sam walked around with us carefully helping us choose everything we needed to make our new friend’s home perfect. Definitely a fun place to take the family!
