The Wag

Simply Awesome! We had boarded local prior and wasn't very happy with how things had gone. Decided to give The Wag a shot and so happy we did. They were very nice and patient with all of my questions. They are thorough with their intake and placed our puppers with a slower/senior group based on info. They put out pictures so you can see how your pet is doing. Our Princess Fluffy does not normally eat well while boarding, so they were doing something right because she was eating her entire bowl each time! We definitely will use again in the future and would give 10 out of 10 stars if we could!

My dog stayed with "The Wag" for three nights. He was very happy at pick up and had a great time. You could tell that the team had played with him and built a relationship with my dog. He came up to them to say goodbye and was genuinely having a good time. He was freshly washed and ready to go home. We also added on the frozen treat each day. The facility is clean and the staff was very friendly. Could not recommend this place more! We will be back.

Kevin and Miranda and the crew of the Wag are miracle workers! My dog Birdie has been reactive with other dogs for as long as I have had her. It has made boarding at other facilities difficult and nerve-racking, but she has enjoyed her stay at the Wag immensely and even enjoyed playing with the other puppies! I recommend this place if you are considering where to board your pup in T-town!

This was our very first visit to The WAG in Northport, and it could not have been better. Miranda was absolutely incredible—she took the time to personally show me around and even let me walk my dog through the space where he’d be staying. He had a private room with his own cot, and they even have an indoor playroom where he got to make a new buddy. When I picked him up, he was happy, clean, and clearly well cared for. The entire team went out of their way to be kind and accommodating. Kevin even jumped my car off for me when my battery died while I was inside—that’s above and beyond customer service! We will definitely be using The WAG again. Highly recommend!

My golden retriever, Dexter loves everytime he gets to stay at The Wag! As soon as we pull in the parking lot his tail starts wagging like a helicopter. Dex does not like being alone and he loves playing with all the toys and other dogs. Miranda and Kevin make sure that he's happy and well taken care of. I am extremely paticular of where my baby goes, he is like my child, and I won't leave him anywhere else.
