The Village Vets Stone Mountain

This is a very hard thing to write, but I wanted to get it out there. This was our first visit at the Village Vets in Stone Mountain. Our old man, Beans, started not acting like himself and we quickly found that all of his lymph nodes were swollen. We immediately booked an appointment and brought him in. Worst case scenario was confirmed: he had lymphoma. While this was an extremely hard thing to go through, the entire staff made this process so much easier. Everyone was kind. The receptionist, the nurses, and Dr. Peynado were all rockstars. The genuine show of kindness and empathy was outstanding. They truly made this an easier process. We love Village Vets Stone Mountain! They’ve taken care of our two senior dogs, Harley and Ella, for years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’ve had a few emergencies pop up recently and they are always able to fit us in and provide excellent care. Dr. Hurst is so great with our dogs and we really trust her expertise and advice. I very highly recommend Village Vets Stone Mountain and Dr. Hurst.

I can’t tell you how much I love Village Vets. I have been taking my Maltese (Lilly) here for years. We’ve used them for boarding, checkups and when she’s sick. The front desk people and doctors are amazing. You can tell the doctors work well together like a team which I love bc I feel/know Lilly is getting the best. Great bedside manner, wonderful at explaining things and never felt like I was being pressured into something. 10/10 recommend.
