AARF Pet Central

I’ve never had a bad experience with AARF, and quite actually, it’s been unmatched. My cats and I are always so welcomed and enjoy our what feels to be regular trips there. With their guidance, I learned how to use a trap and caught a feral tomcat in my neighborhood. A year later, he’s in my house living his best life. Without them, I wouldn’t have him. AARF offers pet nutrition of all different types, brands, and budget ranges. For the longest, I was having issues finding a dry food that would satisfy multiple needs with my many cats. I was given some options and I picked one… which has worked beautifully. I’m so happy and they all really like their new food. As long as I’m a pet owner, AARF is my go to place. :)

just want to say how grateful I am for this place. They were kind enough to donate cat food and supplies, and it meant so much. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really love helping the community and the animals they serve. Thank you for everything you do — I truly appreciate the support and the kindness you showed me. This is the type of place that makes a real difference.

Do NOT donate here – they favor friends, ignore special need dogs, and give adult dogs the wrong food! ⭐ 1 Star AARF in Stone Mountain shows blatant favoritism and disregards real pet owners. Their staff, especially Sam, laughed in my face, told me to talk to the owner Susan, and said she “is not going to do anything.” While my adult dog was fed puppy food that caused vomiting and diarrhea, I watched adult dog food being handed under the table to friends. For the last three donations, all I received were unhealthy, inappropriate choices. I even told Sam peanut butter makes my dog sick—and she insisted on giving it anyway! Susan, the owner who claims she loves cats and dogs, refused to address the problem, referring me elsewhere instead of correcting her staff’s behavior or the unfair d

Very friendly and helpful. They have a variety of foods for purchase and offer delivery as well. I like that they have loyalty rewards/frequent flyer programs. Great to support a local small business!
