Very disrespectful owner. Came in to buy a digital thermometer. This guy only had 1 dingy looking thermometer. Look like it's been sitting there for ages.... Before even handing it to me to observe it Jackie Chan says "no returns". Huh? What if it doesn't work? It looks old... I asked him what if it doesn't work? Began to get rude with a "hurry up an buy" type attitude. No returns. No returns. You want it or no. Well NO it was. We allow any and everybody into our community. I wouldn't trust buying anything... let alone a pet from this store. The conditions of the pets look inhumane and I will be having them inspected. Avoid this store at all cost. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS and fake paid reviews.

It's strange reading some of these reviews I've had nothing but outstanding experiences every time my son and I go here to buy our fish food and fish on many occasions. Someone said the place smells bad 😂 lol funny cause it's a small pet store with all types of animals and they tend to smell no matter how often you clean the cages. I've never once in all my trips here seen any animals in distress or in unclean environments. It's so silly that anyone would have anything bad to say about this store the owner has always been respectful and ready to help us with anything. We shop here weekly and would highly recommend. I love this store!!!! I have 3 Betta fish, and a beautiful snail from here and he always has EVERYTHING I NEED TO CARE FOR THEM. Wonderful education and facts for your pet. I also have a turtle. (My baby)

Absolutely atrocious animal keeping conditions, overpriced items, and very very rancid, almost rotting smell that isn't what a pet store should smell like. The store must have been bought by someone as most photos on the Google page aren't in the building that is currently operating. Reptiles are kept in small and not properly lit tanks, the fish have 0 lighting at all, and there are dead tarantulas literally tied up in one of the tanks. My heart sank when I saw the condition of this store. AVOID getting anything living from this store.

My daughter bought supplies for a turtle we rescued from the lobby. The turtle loves his tank. And he especially loves the Krill. I have taken the initiative to educate myself about raising the turtle because YouTube has info about everything.
