This review is long overdue. I’ll start with what matters most to whoever is reading this- this team is the absolutely best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I recommend them to everyone I know with a pet- friends, coworkers, neighbors. If they aren’t the closest location to you I promise they are worth the drive. I found them in 2022 when my senior lab had previously been diagnosed with Cushings Disease. I had been to all the other vets in the area and as his symptoms progressed they all just kept doing the same thing, increasing his steroid dose. Finally I knew the dose they were suggesting was doing more harm than good and so I looked into alternatives. I’m so lucky I found Loving touch. From the first appointment the team was wonderful. Dear Dr. Michelle, I have been meaning to send this review for weeks now. I would like you to know how special you have been during RD’s health journey. He normally gets really uncomfortable with vets. From the beginning, you were different. I am aware that you did not have the “cure” or “some magic pill” - but what I do know with 100% of my soul, is that you are a Healer. RD always feels so much better after he sees you. On the first visit we summed it up to the chiropractic adjustment. The second and third visits, you didn’t perform any treatments to him. Yet, he came home with a new found energy and zest for life! The name says it all! Well, most of it. They truly care here. I've been to other vets and felt the vibe of indifference or disconnection. They love my little Bengal, and have supported her in her wellness journey over the last year. She was diagnosed with a tumor a year ago, and it was the vets here who finally cared enough, after taking her to other places, to do a thorough work up to figure out what was going on when I brought her in for breathing issues. Whenever she has a health scare, they fit her right in. They are just truly loving and there for her, and by extension, both of us. As if that weren't enough, they are holistic based. Best vet visit EVER! He’s nervous around new people, but by the end of the visit he patted by everyone. I had been struggling getting proper care for my dog for 3 months. My dog was struggling with skin issues that progressively got worse but we couldn’t seem to get proper treatment. The level of detail on check up was amazing and all my concerns were addressed and some! They even provided additional advice on his food. My whole family agrees, that my dog looks a lot better and acting like himself again! It’s only been 1 week and we’ve seen great improvement! If want to feel like a part of a family and not number this is the vet for you!

We use Loving Touch for our breed specific rescue and for our own dogs. We love the care they receive. Dr Michelle, Dr Rosie and Dr Rodriguez all treat our dogs like their own. We use both eastern and western medicine and like to be able to choose our method of care. Dr. Rosie takes care of our heart patients and hospice dogs and all have far outlived any type of prognosis and that's due to good care. I can't imagine using another vet.
