We brought in our service dog that is a labradoodle and did not have a good experience at all. The communication before the appointment was good and we felt confident about leaving him. However, when we got him back, the haircut job was appalling. I will readily admit that he had far more matting than I realized. I had no issue at all with needing to cut him shorter than I had hoped. However, the job was unfinished. His tail was untouched and had some matts still. His neck and face were also still matted and largely untouched. They did not cut between the pads of his feet and I’m not sure they even trimmed his nail. The body cut was extremely uneven, almost shaved in spots but longer in others, tufts of long hair left. Ears were dirty and obviously not cleaned. Thankfully I had the tools t

My sweet pups ear was cut ( and got infected) and so was his paw. This place came highly recommended for behavioral dogs, and was assured by the groomer that he’d be fine. It Cost too much for such poor haircut, eventhough my dog was matted he didn’t deserve to walk out looking like this, no beard, nor his signature Mohawk . Beyond disappointed!

This is my niece Luna third time coming here. She absolutely loves Ashley. She never hesitates to go with her. I think they secretly have a party or something because Luna wants to stay. Auntie Ashley is an effective communicator, and I never have an issue with her grooming. I either ask what she thinks or tell her what I want or need done, and it's done! I will continue to bring her here as long as her and my brother are here in Ga.
