The Spoiled Dog Spa

Shauna has taken care of our 12 year old Yorkie for years, and more recently, our 2 year old Goldendoodle. Our Yorkie spent years being fearful of going to a variety of groomers. It is such a relief to see her little tail start wagging the minute she sees Shauna. Our Goldendoodle also looks forward to her spa visits with Shauna. Shauna clearly loves dogs and takes great care with her grooming services. We won't go anywhere else!

I took my new MaltiPoo to Shauna for a year.She quoted one price but then she would call to say that M had too many matts and it was going to be $10 to $15 more.In one-year she did this 4 times.l took My pooch in every 2 months, but she never mentioned this little fact when I first started coming or interviewed her over the phone..She seemed kind to the pets, but I did not appreciate the extra added money. I always gave her a 20% tip, in cash, and also paidbin cash , as she did not accept CC.After the last time, which was just before Christmas. I said enough. She got extra for matts, a 20% tip and a gift card to a restaurant. I started going to a new groomer closer to my home, reasonably priced, does an excellent job, never charges extra, and calls whrn close to being ready. I felt Shs

Small at-home single person one dog at a time groomer. Love Shauna's work; apparently she has multiple grooming certifications. Stress free is an understatement; quiet neighborhood, quiet street, quiet house with no other client dogs; your dog is basically by its self. Works with dogs under 30lbs.
