The Feline Hotel

I had a great experience boarding my cat at The Feline Hotel! Egg is typically not the best around other cats so she had her own private room which had plenty of space to climb and curl up. She eventually gained confidence over the week she was there and ventured out with other cats in the common area. The owner/employees were communicative throughout the week, sharing photos of Egg and giving updates on how she was doing. When I picked her up she looked comfortable and well cared for. I'll absolutely board here again.

Needed a safe place for kitty while getting a small renovation (loud, dusty, adhesive smell). Wanted a cats-only place that wouldn’t stress him out and found the Feline Hotel. Perfect cat environment, individual attention, and they KNOW cats plus they like them. I could not be happier! I now have an stress-free, caring, safe place for my guy to go in the future . And that makes it stress-free for me, too! 10/10 would recommend and use again.

I brought my two cats to this feline hotel for grooming, and both contracted ringworm shortly afterward. After just checking the reviews, I saw that another customer had recently reported her cat getting fleas here. The owner, John, responded to her review with “come in for a tour” instead of showing any concern or responsibility. A more appropriate response would have been something like, “I’m so sorry to hear that. Let me refund you, and please know we’ve had a report of ringworm so you may want to have your cat tested.” But instead, John has been dismissive, rude, and completely unwilling to acknowledge the situation. The ONLY Cat ONLY boarding facility anywhere near us..Our Cat has Glaucoma and requires drops in her eyes 3 x a day. We were going out of town and needed peace of mind knowing her drops would be administered as needed. She was a Feral Cat as a kitten and we have had her 5 years and never boarded her. We reserved the separate room not knowing if she would adapt to other cats. We dropped her off and John said he would see how she was around the other Cats. She loved it! We were so relieved and surprised to know she had her required medication AND made new friends. If you are looking for a calm place for your Kitty while away this might be the best place for your family member. No worries!

EDIT: The owner's response has been edited multiple times, each version becoming more outrageous. His claims of my cat being dangerous and out of control only began when I confronted him about the neglect my cat experienced in his care and have become increasingly more concerning following my review. He's clearly being vindictive, determined to turn my cat into a monster and me an entitled cat owner. Anyways, enjoy the attached screenshots and memes.
