I recently got a new cat and wanted to check out their selection of cat items. They seem to have a good selection of food, toys and other items. I like that they have aisles dedicated to cats instead of just all dog stuff. I like that they do have a dog wash here and they also do local adoptions. The prices are actually very competitive so I'm happy with that. I will return in the future. They carry a nice selection in the quality. Seems to be good especially with their food. The only thing I dislike about this place is that they really don't have any sort of online ordering or shopping online where I can view their products.

Stopped at the Rochester store looking for 4 items listed in the monthly sale flyer. They carried 1 out of the 4. While I understand you can’t carry every item in every store and it’s based on sales in the location, include that in the ad. If it’s only available at Troy, indicate that. This was really frustrating!

This place is great, staff is friendly and helpful and the dog wash stations are always clean and awesome to wash the old hound. My basset loves to come here, and they carry unique high quality brands for food and toys for all your pets. Prices are marginally higher on essentials, can be noticeably higher on larger items but the quality is a reflection of the price. If you want high quality this is your pet shop

Stopped by not too long ago to get my messy doggy cleaned. Their self service dog was station is awesome . Number one thing for me is that it’s super clean no loose hair all over the place or blowing around everywhere when touching use the dryer. They have real good products inside multiple different shampoo to select from, towels, brushes, ear cleaners, q tips, cotton pads. Not a single thing to complain about. On top of all of that they have exceptional customer service. The employees are so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Drew, Maya & Marissa were amazing at explaining everything to me being a first time customer and very helpful. Came in right at close and they were actually happy to have me there instead of trying to rush me out. Entire time I was there they were working so hard
