My fur baby Treasure Dior goes here and we love the staff! Very patient and always do friendly to us and we are lucky to have them in our lives.

I needed a new vet closer to home for my old girl. I have been here with my other rescue, and everyone is absolutely amazing! The techs are so gentle and compassionate, clearly my girl LOVES them, everyone got kisses! Dr Totin is WONDERFUL! Thank you for taking such good care of my little old lady, and helping her to be comfortable for whatever time I have left with her!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rochester Veterinary Hospital. From the Licensed Veterinary Technicians to the assistants and CSR's, every single staff member is compassionate, professional, and incredibly dedicated. Every doctor we’ve seen, Dr. Totin, Dr. Lindhurst, and Dr. Weber, is exceptional. They take such thoughtful and thorough care of my elderly German Shepherd and always make sure I understand his treatment plan. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for his wellbeing gives me complete peace of mind. I wouldn’t trust any other veterinary office with his care. We are so grateful for the entire RVH team!

Dr Totin and her staff are just wonderful. 5 years of great experiences, but recently went truly above and beyond. They cleared a spot for me when my Doxie was experiencing back pain and got us in ASAP. Turned out to be just a neck strain, but so much appreciated their concern and excellent care of my precious baby.

Very friendly and experienced veterinary doctors and staff. They take excellent care of my dog and cat and send me updates and reminders so I don't forget anything. They are more interactive than my own doctors. Highly recommend.
