Dr. Tallis and her team truly care — it shows every visit. I’ve been bringing my dog here for over 7 years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Tallis is amazing — she takes her time, explains every option, and truly cares. Barbara is just amazing, super kind with my little dog, always making him feel safe and loved. My pup recently had surgery, and Kailee was wonderful walking me through the post-surgical care. I completely trust them. They’ve been there for us every step of the way!

Our new puppy is a patient of Dr T. He is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. We didnt feel rushed at all and Dr T had so much great advice for us. Front desk staff are very welcoming. Immediately felt at home and cared for. Toys are available for pets to play with too. Even got an adorable Valentine's bandana put on our pup.

I received a last-minute appointment with the doctor, upon concern for my pet consuming one too many chicken bones without chewing long enough. I ended up receiving unexpected and excellent dental advice *combined with* a healthy emotional suggestion to take a little more responsibility for my pet’s teeth. Apparently all it took was a little elbow grease and ten minutes per week. I felt like any legitimate vet concern could be handled here, and they had no problem recommending a higher echelon of care in case of emergency. He inspected my pet and leaned towards not needing an x-ray, but he left it open to my preferences. I may still end up getting an x-ray for absolute-peace-of-mind (thank the Lord for technology). VERY nice people, though somewhat understaffed. Takes a while and some tries to get a hold of someone since there's usually 1 person upfront. They do typically respond to voicemail a day or two afterwards. Can be costly here. They take a lot of precautions and provide plenty of meds/equipment to provide the best comfort for my pets however because of this, it can get pricey here since they tack on a handful of things in the bill (at least compared to my old and now new vet locations.) My cats would hiss and swat at the last vet unlike here where they're a lot calmer but it did cost about (at this time of writing) 900 for a spay (they use laser here), 1,800 for dental (pulled teeth). Which I don't mind paying since they take so much precaution to preform the least amount of discomfort for
