I thought my dog Harvey was beyond help at almost 8 years old - restless, unruly on a leash, and dog aggressive. After only a few sessions with Jeff and Kelly, he is a completely different pup. Jeff is teaching my husband and I to be the leaders of the pack and gain respect and trust from Harvey without using treats or prong collars. Harvey is calmer and much easier to walk on a leash - he used to bark and lunge at other dogs - now he barely makes a peep. Harvey and I have started rebuilding our relationship - we are becoming best friends again. If you want to change the relationship between you and your dog, Jeff will get the job done.

I can’t say enough great things about Superior Dog Training and Jeff Wolfson! From the moment we started working with Jeff, it was clear that he truly understands dogs—and more importantly, how to communicate with them in a way that builds trust, respect, and lasting results. I have two Goldendoodles—a two-year-old and one just under a year. I had done some training with the older one, but I let things slide a bit with the second and quickly realized I needed help before bad habits became permanent. Jeff stepped in at just the right time and completely turned things around for us. His calm, confident approach immediately put both me and my dogs at ease. He took the time to understand our specific needs and created a personalized training plan that was effective, humane, and easy to follo

Jeff has been a life changer for me and my pup. I’ve rescued my dog, Zu, about a year ago and we’ve had issues with separation anxiety, barking, not listening, and so much more. We’ve been training for 5 weeks now and I’ve already seen such a big difference. Jeff explains the training in ways that you don’t only listen but truly learn it. Understanding that the training is for you more than is for the dog. Your actions will dictate the training and your relationship with your dog. Our experience has been absolutely wonderful and we can’t thank him enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Jeff Wolfson. Before working with him, I had tried another trainer with almost no results—my dog was still anxious, reactive, and hard to manage. But from the very first session with Jeff, I noticed a real difference. He took the time to understand my dog’s personality and anxiety triggers, and used patient, positive techniques that truly worked. In five weeks, my dog has gone from being nervous and unpredictable to calm, confident, and well-behaved. It’s honestly been life-changing for both my wife and I. I’m so grateful for the care, knowledge, and support we received. Highly recommended!

There are no words that can truly express the gratitude I have for Jeff. Years ago, he came into our lives when I was fostering a difficult rescue named Hooligan. At the time, Hooligan was a brat—mistrustful, reactive, and recovering from a broken knee after being abused. I never thought I’d keep him. But Jeff saw through the behavior and gave me the tools to see the dog underneath. With Jeff’s guidance, I learned how to give Hooligan structure, not by bribing him with treats, but by teaching him to respond to clear commands. Jeff showed me that it wasn’t about controlling a dog—it was about building trust. I followed his method, I put in the time, and today I have the love of my life and my best friend. Hooligan has taught me how to love, how to trust, and most of all, how to be patient
