Animal Hospital of East Cobb

I’ve been taking my dogs to East Cobb Animal Hospital for the past five years, and they were great. However, last year, I needed an appointment for my dog, but they didn’t have any walk-in appointments and seemed indifferent. I called again to find another appointment in another time but they referred me to Mabry Animal Hospital because they didn’t have any walk-in appointments either. I called last Monday because my sweet baby was sick again, and they still didn’t have any appointments. They didn’t show any interest or make any efforts to provide me with a service. They just referred me to Mabry Animal Hospital again, but they didn’t have any walk-in appointments either. I found another animal hospital that was able to see my baby. They discovered that he was very sick, so we had to go

I'm a profession dog trainer and have used many different vets around Atlanta. Dr Brown and Dr Westley are Wonderful. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. Their practice as a whole impressed me. One of the things that particularly look for is their front desk staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. To me this is just as important as having great Vets. So is a winning combination. BTW, they will be hosting an Open House on Saturday Nov 16 at 12n, so you can stop by and see for your self. Yes, we came to the office without an appointment because our dog was very sick. However, the employee at the front desk, I think her name was Miranda, acted like we didn't matter and she didn't care about our situation. She informed us that even though the office was open, a doctor wouldn't be in until 9am (ONE whole hour later). In what world does that make sense; that's like a restaurant opening without a cook/chef who will show up an hour later. Miranda briefly mentioned a couple of emergency vet places we could try, but never bothered giving us directions, phone numbers, etc. Thanks for all your help and compassion. We will be looking for another vet elsewhere who does care about their patients. Animal Hospital of East Cobb DO BETTER!!!

Dr. Leslie Brown is a kind, skilled veterinarian. She has looked after our pets for almost 30 years. She'll be our vet as long as she wants!

My dog and I are new clients of Dr. Brown. As my girl is almost 18 I was quite nervous about bringing her to a new Vet and new environment(not to mention, due to covid I couldn't be with her). Dr Brown and her staff were amazing! Dr. Brown took so much time to listen to my every concern(there are many). She is attentive, very professional yet down to earth. Her explanations were easy to understand. I didn't feel rushed at all. Her staff were calm and caring, as was she. I highly recommend Dr Brown! Thank you Animal Hospital of East Cobb.
