Wonderful first visit at Blue Pearl Pet Rehab and Fitness in Marietta. Dr. Horne was very thorough, explained everything super easy and was fantastic with our dog Jackson. All the other staff members were exceptional as well. We look forward to our continued rehab at the facility.

BluePearl was recommended to me to provide physical therapy to my 15-year-old Chihuahua and Pug mix, Joey. He has arthritis as well as luxating patellas in his rear legs. Along with vet recommended supplements, I decided to see if the physical therapy could help. I took Joey there for a month and I do think it helped him somewhat. However, the rates are such that it's not feasible for me to continue the physical therapy indefinitely. During that month I paid a total of more than $1,800. My 5 year old Cavapoo, Penny had successful herniated disc surgery at the Blue Pearl Emergency Hospital in Sandy Springs. I have already posted a glowing review of this facility, recognizing Dr. Johnson and staff as being the best. We followed up Penny’s surgery with physical therapy at the Blue Pearl Rehab Center in Marietta and we have continued to receive outstanding care and recovery efforts. Dr Horne has been thorough, compassionate, responsive and attentive in every way. Her expert methods have resulted in maximum improvement and recovery for Penny. Every staff member at the Rehab Center is wonderful, all dedicated to helping Penny improve and regain full quality of life. I was referred to Blue Pearl by my vet as my pooch is having issues with her back that is interfering with her walking. To be honest I don’t as terribly worried about all of this. I met with Dr.Horne and her assistant Kristin. The put my pooch Ginger thru an exam and they developed a plan of action. We started the process with some acupuncture and cold light therapy. All us including Ginger has to wear protective eye wear. The glasses looked ordinary on us humans but Ginger looked pretty cool. For the first time in a while I feel a sense of hope for Ginger

Everyone was very kind, patient and thorough during our initial exam. I have a very anxious pup that hates new places and people. The vet tech saw me struggling to bring my girl inside the building and came out to lead us through their less busy side entrance, which I greatly appreciated. They followed up with us a few days later to make sure I didn’t have any question or concerns. We would definitely be back.
