I don’t even know where to begin! I feel as if I just encountered a team of angels. EVERY single person here was delightful, friendly, helpful, compassionate, and informative. I went from being told by another vet office that my dog wasn’t likely to make it through the weekend, given an insane and way too broad price point for emergency intestinal obstruction surgery, feeling shunned for not having tens of thousands to drop immediately on emergency surgery, and being pressured into unnecessary charges- to feeling like I stepped into a different world here. My dog’s wonderful vet here not only performed a life saving surgery, but was very attentive and flexible with getting the most valuable care at the most reasonable cost. Nothing but positive notes about this clinic and the staff. I'm probably visiting about twice a month on average at this rate 😅 I have two cats with chronic health conditions and we've been in and out of the East Cobb location many times over the past few months, and each time I leave feeling confident in my cats' care. Dr. Miller an Dr. Wright are both amazing and so gentle with Bruce and Lucy. Bruce especially loves nurse Bethany, she's so friendly and sweet. The East Cobb team helped me when Bruce had a urinary blockage and were very thorough in his after care. I am so grateful for them, and for the Petfolk chat - they have given me great advice every time to ensure my babies get the best care possible. I dont know what I would do without Petfolk!! ❤️

I always have a great experience at Petfolk! They are so kind, very thorough and care. Dr Miller sits on the ground with my dog and makes her at ease as well as me. She asks concerns and gives you all the time that you need. She explains everything needed in detail but is not pushy to do things not necessary. The staff is wonderful and the office is soo clean. We recently took our senior dog to Pet Folks and had a wonderful experience. We were able to get a same-day appointment on a weekend, which is increasingly difficult with our regular vet. There was no wait — we were seen immediately upon arrival. The staff took great care with our dog and patiently explained everything to us. Dr. Miller and Dr. Oakland were fantastic —gentle, attentive, and clearly experienced. They spent a generous amount of time discussing our dog’s GI issues and walked us through the best ways to manage his condition. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Petfolk East Cobb and their entire team, especially Brionna. She was the urgent care vet who took care of me and my 13-year-old Yorkie after she experienced a stroke. Brionna quickly took bloodwork and, as soon as the results came back, let me know that I needed to take my dog to the emergency vet. Her compassion, urgency, and professionalism meant everything during such a difficult and frightening moment. What made the experience even more meaningful was that Brionna had previously helped my dad with his dog when my parents were in town for Thanksgiving.
