Was my first time here after an emergency. The staff and doctors were amazing, made me feel calm and comfortable at a bad time. My dog needed stitches and they took really good care of him, any questions I had throughout were answered. Thank you for saving Milos life and being good to my baby boy!!!! Happy new year!!!

We brought our 7-year-old unspayed female dog in for abnormal vaginal bleeding, foul-smelling discharge, and decreased appetite. I specifically expressed concern that it could be open pyometra. We understand emergency clinics must prioritize the most critical cases. However, after being told there would be approximately a two-hour wait, I became increasingly concerned as I watched her condition decline in the lobby. When she began shaking, I returned to the desk and asked that the nurse be informed, explaining that I had no way to check her temperature but knew this was a concerning change. I was told there was no one available to assist us and was handed a card for another emergency clinic. At no point during our visit were basic vitals taken. Great service. Super compassionate, informative, and patience with all of my questions. Impressive care and attention to your pet. My dog needed emergency surgery and he was seen and attended right away. Would definitely recommend. Took great care of my Clyde. Facility was clean, neat and organized.

I would like to thank Dr. Sparks and her staff at SARVEC for doing their best to try to save our 9 year old toy poodle, Lacey this morning. They acted fast to take care of Lacey, but despite their best efforts her congestive heart failure was too advanced and she had to be euthanized. Lacey was treated like she was their own dog. Very courteous, compassionate and professional. We were able to be by Lacey’s side until she passed over The Rainbow 🌈 Bridge! The final bill was also very reasonable for emergency care, euthanasia and cremation! Thank you all!

Im forever grateful for the staff here ♡ I went in today with a my dog who couldn't urinate & its scary. They are helpful on the phone & understanding which made me feel much more comfortable going in. The women here are all incredible! The vet is studying acupuncture so you wont get the side eye if youre curious about holisitic ideas. They took my situation into consideration & proceeded one step at a time consulting me every step of the way. Turns out sadly my baby has a very large mass & they gave her something to relax her & shes relieving herself again. She has a long road ahead & so do i financially but I appreciate so much not being taken advantage of. I HIGHLY recommend them for their honesty & compassion & knowledge. Everyone was super nice. My little girl loved you guys!!! You
