My animals are my kids, the simple fact i would rather take my kids here vs a human doctor. When I say this office cares about animals more than I’ve EVER SEEN!!!! Dr Hill and her team go ABOVE & BEYOND! Had animals my whole life and dealt with “the best” from VA Tech, NC State etc. and they DONT TOUCH THE LEVEL OF CARE AND COMPASSION !!!! Everyone in the medical field needs to grab a pen and paper and take notes! Dr Hill literally has a level of care that money cant buy or it can’t be taught with any level of schooling….no matter how many books someone reads or the amount of hours sitting in a classroom! Thanks doesn’t even go far enough with how greatful I am for this office & staff ❤️❤️❤️

My little dog needed care quickly. I remembered seeing this place on Freeway Drive so googled them and visited their website. It was cute and easy to understand, offering various service packages with easy instructions on how to reserve an appointment. A couple of emails later, I had an appointment for the following day at 10:30am. We arrived to the cute building and walked into a bright waiting area with 2 ladies sitting behind the desk. They quickly took my dog to the back and got her all fixed up. I paid the bill and we were out the door with all necessary boxes checked. I appreciated the modern methods employed for traditional services, it improved the experience for me.

I brought my daughter’s cat Elsa here on 12/11 for a spay. The surgery itself went well and the front desk staff were very kind and clearly care about the animals they work with. About 28 hours after surgery Elsa vomited all of her food. I contacted the clinic and was told this was normal after surgery and was asked if she had been given her medication. I was giving her medication as instructed. About 33 hours after surgery Elsa began vomiting blood. By then it was after hours and we had to take her to an emergency vet. After $600 in emergency care and testing she was diagnosed with gastritis caused by NSAID use, with other causes ruled out. I found a cat was living on my property. And already had some kittens previously. I talked with Dr Hill about it. She said to trap her and bring her in. I trapped her and brought her in. They took care of her very well. They care more than most of the public will see. Very happy with their care. Bless you, and your staff.

Looking over the bill, they gave us a discount by writing off a few services. They didn't even make a big deal of it, or say anything. If I hadn't checked the invoice when I got home, I wouldn't have even noticed Also, it's super adorable, they have a Christmas tree up right now, and all of the ornaments are donations from folks to help pay for people's vets bills. The ladies up front, you can tell they really love animals, someone came in a day before scheduled and they still saw them, right then and there. A bit of background about my own dog, she's a rescue from an ASPCA. She's very fearful aggressive and can be reactive but they were so accommodating towards her. Trust these folks with your animal, they're fantastic 👏
