While the store isn't huge, it has a great selection. Employees are friendly and helpful. Love the grooming staff (especially Sierra). They are very loving to our dog. He loves coming to see them on grooming day.

Great folks but always out of crickets. Always treated well super friendly and helpful staff. Just not enough crickets. They get crickets in and within 3 or 4 days gone. Only reason I gave 3

Edit I love they say contact us Hello I have been waiting a full week for the "the manager" to call me back spoke with Allison who was going to call me back yep surprisingly no one has called me back ! GROOMING don't do it I paid 60 dollars for a bath my dog is not cut at all wth. Her face is over grown not cleaned I asked for full grooming with summer cut. Horrible service I'll make the trip back to Greensboro to All pets considered

Took my 2 small long hair babies their for a grooming. Gloria did an excellent job. They did have a lot of knots and she did a great job making them look and smell awesome!

I just moved to Reidsville from Burlington and was looking for somewhere closer to get my dog’s nails trimmed. I wish I had come here sooner! I believe I had Jordan, she did an excellent job cutting and filing my dog’s nails and trimming her feet. No nails were missed, and they’re all soft/no scratching! I can’t even hear her walk on our wood floors. The same could never be said for petsmart. They’re slightly more pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for. All the staff are so friendly and I’m looking forward to my next visit :)))
