Soothing Touch Pet Care

I picked up my daughter's dog this evening and have never been treated so aggressively and disrespectfully. Sheri came running out waving her arms and screaming at me because I honked when I arrived. She screamed at me because I honked my horn to announce my arrival. She threatened not to bring the dog out if I did that again. She was completely out of control. When I asked how I was to notify my arrival since I was told I could not approach the house she shouted I needed to step out of my car and wave my arms at the house. In the dark? I would never entrust an animal to this out of control behavior. Of course all of this behavior was frightening to the dog! This was an appalling encounter just to pick up my daughter's dog. For the record, since I cannot respond to your response:

Over the past 20 years we have been boarding dogs with Sheri. Our dogs are always excited to see her and Hannah when we drop off. They must have lots of play time and socializing because they are tired when they get home :) We know the dogs are in good hands when we travel.

We know our Luna is in good hands here. We've boarded with her twice and about to drop our girl off for the 3rd time. It's never easy being away from her that long but Sheri and her team take such good care of her. They treat her with so much love. They are aware she has separation anxiety and take her on special walks on the property to help relax her. So grateful for this place!

I have used Sherri for many years through many dogs. She is very thoughtful, gentle, conscientous and loving in her handling of each dog. I am very lucky to have met her and will continue to use her services and those of her wonderful staff.

I'm so glad a friend recommended Sheri to me. She and her team take great care of my dogs, and I feel good knowing that I'm leaving them in knowledgeable, professional, and caring hands. My younger dog has been going to Soothing Touch since he was three months old, and he is so excited when I take him there; it's really helped with his training and manners, and Sheri has been a great resource for all kinds of questions. I'm grateful to have such a reliable and trustworthy business to help me take care of my dogs.
