I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Bowsman and the entire staff at Lake Animal Clinic. We had to put our Lovee down this morning and they could not have been any more comforting, sympathetic professional. I felt very much at peace with our final decision and they supported us every step of the way. I would never hesitate to recommend lake animal clinic to any pet owner. God Bless Dr Bowsman

I just adopted a dog from Texas that arrived last week. She needed the second part of a vaccine this week. I called Lake Animal Hospital to try to get her in and also have this as her vet. The said they were not taking new patients until March. I explained the situation that I adopted her from Texas and she was flown to me by a family member, just got her and vaccine is due. They did not care and said March is my only option. That made my decision, this was not the vet for us. This means in an emergency they will not be flexible. I called the other vet I had as an option for her and they are taking us this week with no problem. And based on some prior reviews I have read, this seems to be a trend.

I have been with this practice since the 80’s. I have lost many of my furry friends and each and every time I had to go through this the doctors were beyond amazing. The girls up front (which have changed but always been long term) are the best. I just recently lost my little yorkie and Dr. Bowsman called on her own time to check on her during our struggle to get her well. I am forever grateful for her concern. I have lost my friends but Dr. Mark, Dr. Crouser and Dr. Bowsman all shed a tear and shared a hug with me EVERYTIME. They are truly wonderful vets and they really do all they can to help our babies. I will be their client until the end of my days. 💜

I have brought my cat in twice now here and they are so friendly! My cat is very anxious and Dr. Bowsman was so good with her and understood my concerns. Their prices are not so bad either! Besides smelling like a nursing home, this place is so great with my kitty.

Every veterinarian is so knowledgeable and really cares about your best friend. I've been taking my cats and dogs to them for years. Somehow, they always know your baby after meeting them just once. The staff is pleasant and really helpful. Highly encourage everyone to at least try once to see if it's a good fit. I've consistently had great care and compassion for all my animals. I appreciate all of the people who work here, and so do my fur children.
