Pet Supplies Plus Painesville

I love this Pet Supply Plus store this is the only one I will go to. The staff are awesome they always greet you when you walk in the door, and always answer any questions you have. I do curbside pickup sometimes and they called me to say my order was ready even after I got the email. They always write a little thank you note with your order. They have a event every month which I take my dogs to they give out toys, food and treats samples, and they have a place set up if you want to take photos of your pet. They also offer baths, or nail trims for your pet.

Came into wash my dog on a Sunday afternoon. Two cars in the parking lot and three employees that I saw in the store. The wash area was an absolute mess, no towels. We asked for clean towels twice. They never came back with any. I believe the area is supposed to be sanitized between washes. It obviously was not. Completely unacceptable and we won’t be back.

I recently had a curbside pickup. They were awesome. The worker even called me after I got the email that my order was ready to make sure that I new. Really appreciated the young lady calling. Also they send a small note to thank you which you don't see that these days. I will keep using the store and this location. Thanks again

Second time Shy had groomed my Shitzu and she does a wonderful job

1st and most importantly the Grooming department is amazing! Me & coco always feel welcomed and leave there super happy. She always looks extra beautiful! The store is always clean and very well organized. All the happy employees make it very comfortable to shop and love all the fur baby’s. Thank you for doing a amazing job with your customer service skills. Truly shows when someone is enjoying their job.
