Sit-N-Pretty Pet Grooming

Unfortunately, after this being my third visit to this location, today was our last. I called the night before to explain my dog’s situation and to ask if he could come in for a full groom. I was very transparent that my dog has significant anxiety, is very jumpy, and may nip during nail trims. I was told over the phone that this was fine and to bring him in first thing in the morning. When we dropped him off, I once again clearly explained his anxiety and behavior in person. We were again told it was fine and that they could handle it, just as they had during previous visits. We were told the grooming would take about two hours. After nearly three hours with no call, we became concerned. We tried calling but received no answer, so we drove back to the location. My grandma and grandpa have been taking their shitzu to them for a few years but the last two groomings at their new location have not been good. This last one was the WORST hair cut EVER! I could have done a better job myself. Hair cut uneven everywhere and anal glands not done. They Will not be returning.

Wonderful! My girls look so pretty. Another big plus is they were trimmed exactly how I wanted and even better. Westies are different. Hard to find someone who will do what you want, and Sit-N-Pretty did and more. Plus it's been 2 weeks tomorrow and they both still smell just beautiful. I will be bringing my other 6 Westies here soon. I wish I could get better pictures.

The ladies here are so nice and friendly! They’ve done a great job on our Goldendoodle, Lily. They even give tips and advice on how to keep their coats maintained between grooming. I love that they allow the dogs to roam in the shop (secured behind a wall). Our Doodle is friendly and likes the opportunity to be with other dogs. I would recommend this groomer and will be bringing Lily back soon.

This place is really good. Book a month out because they're busy! You can tell they love dogs and my pompoo thinks it's daycare AND grooming. He has a lot of fun!
