The grooming itself was top-notch—his coat was perfectly trimmed, nails neatly clipped, and he smelled amazing! They paid close attention to detail. Last year I took my Yorkie to get her hair cut when they used to be at their other location. I asked for short hair and they delivered and buzzed my Yorkie’s hair and she looked so cute (first pictures attached). I took her again today and when I got there it was a 3-4 hour wait. I asked for short hair again because my son is allergic and she said that was no problem and that she could buzz her hair. After 4 hours, she was ready and when I picked her up, I was told her hair is too silky to use the buzzers and that it would look choppy and bad so they were only to cut her hair with the scissors. The haircut has uneven pieces all over and it feels like they rushed it. Seems like they overbooked and it’s more about quantity over quality now. Very disappointed with their services. Will not be

I read the reviews from Google and they were pretty good. The most important thing for me is that the groomer likes dogs and is able to do a good job. I Was happily surprised with the outcome. My Puppy looks beautiful. I would recommend this shop for anyone that’s looking for a pet groomer.
