Absolutely wonderful Fish store. I highly recommend this store for fish and Aquatic plants!!! Great customer service and Great prices. The big chain stores can't compete with this place.

I drive ~ 1 hour just to visit this aquarium store. Owner is very knowledgeable and kind. They’ve expanded out their store over the past few years to include more fish. Great price on spiderwood and rocks. Betta fish are in their own tanks with a drip water change system. I’ve never seen a dead fish ever in their tanks. Beautiful plants. Many varieties of Cory which Im always looking for. They also sell Aquarium coop goods! Update June 2025: I was able to find local celestial pearl danios here!! More harlequin rasboras and a blue eyed yellow pleco. Still highly recommend.

Drove from Lady Lake today....setting up a new freshwater tank. Went to another Ocala store....purchased some nice plants but the store was a disappointment. Thank you John for your help. Owner was grouchy. Fish selection was sad. I will be returning to The Aquatic Source!!

Absolutely the best aquatic store around! Josh, the owner, is the most knowledgeable person I've met with regards to fish and aquariums. He had everything I needed in stock and it was priced fairly, plus he gave excellent suggestions. Visit Josh and see for yourself. I won't be going anywhere else.
