Seaside Pet Spa Plus

I’ve been taking my pup here for three years and couldn’t be happier with the improvements in his skin and coat. Seaside is more than just a groomer, they are also a wellness center and give great advice on keeping your pet as healthy as possible. My pup started with dry flaky skin and after getting the silky deep conditioning treatment over the course of a few months his coat became shiny and dandruff reduced about 90%. I also switched him to the canine caviar food that they sell which has also shown improvements in his gut health and I’m contributed to his coat improvements. I can’t recommend them enough!

We have been going to Seaside Pet Naturals every month for almost a year now and they are the best! All of the staff is so welcoming and they truly love dogs and what they do. Jocelyn specifically has been the biggest light in our life— helping address any concerns we have had and always loving our sweet Rex so so well! We know our boy is in great hands when we drop him off and he always looks so handsome when we pick him up! We cannot recommend them enough!!

My crazy-sweet girl Ella has been coming here since she was about 12 weeks old. At her very first appointment, Pam spent over six hours with her—taking breaks to make sure Ella felt comfortable and had a positive experience. That patience meant everything to me, and ever since then I always request Pam when I book. It’s not that the other groomers aren’t wonderful, but Ella has built such a great bond with Pam that she lights up with excitement the moment we arrive. I’m terrible with names, but I have to give a special shoutout to the young woman with black hair who often works the front desk—she’s also been amazing every time. Thank you all for your patience with my wild child 😂and for always making Ella’s visits such a happy experience. Ella thanks you too!

Devon always does a great job. However, it takes a very long time which makes me anxious for my 13lb dog. (4+ hours) without any potty breaks.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I took my 2 dogs here for a scheduled appointment for a deluxe bath and deshed (no haircut or any specialty service they offer) at 10:30am. The groomer, Kelley said 3-5 hours, in addition to giving me unsolicited advice on what to feed my dogs when I asked for them to express their anal glands. When I showed up 5 hours later, one of my dogs was still in the bath. Not even rinsed. Keep in mind I had called ahead to ask when they would be ready, they said 1 hour from the time I called and I only showed up 10 minutes early to pay. When I got there, they said she wouldn’t be ready for another hour to which I said I wanted to get her then because of the time they had spent there and the fact that I live 40 minutes away from this spa.
