I took Barbie to get groomed here for the first time Wednesday (yesterday)! From the time I walked in, til the time I walked out, I felt valued, heard, and understood! The young ladies did an amazing job on Barbie and I was extremely happy and satisfied. I believe it was the manager I was speaking with as Barbie was being finished. She was very professional and even when I started talking about other things that was not dog related, she listened and really showed that she cared. This was my first time here, but I felt like I had been here before and established a family relationship. They really took their time with my fur baby! I would highly recommend them. Customer Service: 10/10 Grooming Service : 10/10! They have 3 different memberships and you can customize and do add on services! They also don’t only just bathe your dog and give them back but make sure they’re in healthy condition physically! A lot of dog parents don’t know but a dog’s appearance really can define their health. Make sure their nails aren’t to long till the point it starts curving or gives them a hard time walking, making sure their teeth is brushed and clean to avoid and gingivitis or gum issues, cleaning the ears well enough to remove wax and ear hair, etc.

They did an excellent job on cutting and grinding both my dogs nails! The service was fast, flawless, and efficient! I definitely have a new groomer at an affordable price!

Update to review- I am going to give them another try; their response was so reassuring and I truly believe this won't happen again to me OR anyone else. To the company -- your reply to my original comment was everything I needed to hear. Having 1 doggo with a dx of inoperable cancer & the other with a seizure disorder is very stressful and I genuinely appreciate your concern for us. Dog groomer was great. My dog has seizure disorder/epilepsy and pretty intense anxiety. I was told at drop off 30-45min max, and I let them know that I was going to be waiting in the parking lot for her since Poppi does have intimidating health problems.
