S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue and Thrift Store

S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue & Thrift Store is a wonderful store and a wonderful cause! This thrift shop helps support finding homes for homeless pets. They offer on-site cat and dog adoptions, though I didn’t visit those areas myself. The thrift section is well organized, filled with quality merchandise at fair prices, and they gladly accept item donations. The staff — all volunteers — are super friendly and clearly passionate about the mission. Parking can be a bit tight, but honestly, that just shows how popular and well-loved this shop is. Highly recommended!

Ms. Olivia was extremely kind and helpful. She went way beyond out of her way to help Lucy (my puppy) she was suffering from flea infestation and even gave me a quick remedy and location to get treatment started ASAP until a script was written. She went out of her way to check up on Lucy even after treatment. 5 star service highly recommend!

Such an amazing cause! Lovely volunteers and I love purchasing items to benefit the animals. The cattery is absolutely amazing for all the little babies. Every county should have one of these thrift shops for dogs and cats.

My daughter was in line to buy a wooden bowl and we were talking about what a great deal. A woman standing nearby said, oh, can i see that. She then lioked at it and said she was a manager and it was mispriced and they needed to "look it up" and reprice, and after all "the money goes to animals." I put my items down and let her know its a terrible business practice and I would not buy a thing from this store.

Yesterday we adopted a dog from S.A.F.E… due to our circumstances and our other dog that is crazy we had to return the one we adopted this morning and will probably have to get a puppy.. It needs to be said that TAMIKA” the person that helped us is one of the warmest most kind hearted people I’ve ever met in my life. The obvious unwavering time, dedication and love she shows for these animals and effort she puts in to find them forever homes is simply amazing.. when I returned the dog this morning she immediately comforted me saying “it’s not your fault” and “thank you for giving her a chance”….. Thank you to all the staff at S.A.F.E… you are amazing…
