General Jack approved!! He runs inside to see his pal, Sissy, who takes the absolute best care of the Ruffit pup pack. And Jackie looks forward to a day of play with his bigs troop of pup playmates. He literally races in the door! Best of all? What happens at Ruffit Oaklawn, stays at Ruffit Oaklawn. Thank you, Sissy!!!

Amazing, scheduling an appointment was so easy and the workers were so nice. We came in and they brought me to a safe area where I could bring out my cat. We went over everything they would do to him, answered all my questions and sent me away. My cat was clean and happy, couldn’t have asked for a better first grooming experience.

update: we still love Ruffit so much and their whole staff, Valerie and Sissy, ya’ll rock!!!! Valerie is the best groomer we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. So patient, caring and empathetic to my nervous puppy. Gogo looks and smells amazing every time. I am so happy I can trust her to be in the care of someone else who genuinely cares about her. Sissy at the front desk who handles the day play take ins is the sweetest! I have a naughty pup named Jackie and she always treats her and handles her with care and always gives me feedback as to how her play went. She’s got the best demeanor and makes me less nervous every time I drop off my naughty pup! Our dog Roo absolutely loves going to Ruffit—it’s truly her favorite place! She goes to play every day and comes home happy and tired, which says everything. The staff is amazing: kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about the dogs they care for. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. We’re so grateful to have a place like Ruffit and a team that treats Roo like one of their own!
