Rocky River Large Animal Veterinary Clinic

Would recommend to anyone needing large Animal Vet. Dr. Parker came out and got our Ginger Girl ready to come out of her quarantine. Will definitely be using for everything and all horses!!!!

These folks are very cordial and professional, from Marly to Dr. Gunner. All my dealings with and visits from Rocky River have been positive. They take the time to listen to my questions and provide thoughtful responses. I like the reminders that I receive via email. I like the punctuality of Dr. Gunner. He has been on time every time. We love our 4 horses and we are particular about who provides their health care.

We've always had good experiences with the Drs./staff at Rocky River. They come to you in times of distress or just routine vaccinations and always in a timely manner. For all of this special care, I dont feel that they overcharge; the prices are what you would expect/hope to pay for these types of specialty services. And I love the new communication system they have set up, I knew exactly when the Dr would be arriving.

The office worked up into the schedule which from the start was such a blessing! Our appointment was running behind schedule but we were updated multiple times by phone regarding ETA. Gunner saw Ranger (mini horse) and provided a very thorough and informative exam. He explained all the steps in detail and answered all my questions. The appointment was not rushed and I felt confident that Ranger would make a quick recovery, which thankfully he has!!! Gunner followed up by phone today to check on Ranger and give reminders on next steps. 10 out of 10 recommendation!!! So grateful for the amazing care received.

Such a great group of veterinary professionals. Response time is always quick and patience is always shown with any questions I may have. You feel they care about your horse as much as you do and they don’t suggest unnecessary treatments/procedures to “pad” their bill. I would highly recommend this practice group to anyone! (Laurea P)
