Petco Grooming

I had an AMAZING experience with Petco grooming! My chorkie, Polly looked ridiculous before we saw Amber for her to get groomed. Amber did an amazing job on her and scheduling was easy with Courtney, who made sure that we got exactly what we were wanting done. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We added the spring package so it was a bit more expensive than average; it was still less than $100.

A very unfortunate experience. She was the first dog of the day. We asked how long it would be and were told 2 hours. Upon returning we were told our dog wasn’t ready -and to come back in an hour. 3 hours later we were told she wasn’t ready- her nails had yet to be clipped and her ears cleaned and she wasn’t dry. 3.5 hours later we asked to just release our dog - bath only and she was still wet and her nails and ears were not done .no apology no explanation. We will not return.

Courtney is an absolute sweetheart. Her customer service is amazing. She took extra care of my girl Romi. I’m going back simply because Courtney made me feel comfortable and she made my pet comfortable 💕

They did a great job with my 8 month old puppy. I know he wasn’t easy since he’s just a pup and is getting used to getting cut but they didn’t complain about him at all. I was very happy with how they cut him as well!

Jessica did a great job with Rascal and took good care of him while he was there. It was the first time using Petco. Will definitely have Jessica groom him again. Thank you🐾🐾🐾🐾
