My pup needed emergency surgery for a GDV while I was across the country and I was completely freaking out but Dr. Spark and her team were so communicative and understanding. I am so incredibly thankful for her hard work and empathy. It was such a relief to get back to my boy in one piece and cannot recommend PETS enough. I’ve had to take my high maintenance boy to other emergency hospitals in the area and will always recommend and go back to pets after this experience.

Look..this is not a fun place to visit but if you must.. you should never hesitate. They have their procedures and their basic pricing requirements but the service and.care when needed is absolutely top-notch. I put an old cat down on a weekend and was treated with absolute factual information, expedited care and affection. They even let my regular vet know what happened. What I needed and never expected. I can’t thank this clinic enough for the amazing care they gave my dog. The techs, front desk staff, and doctors were all so kind, patient, and professional. They handled my (and my mom’s) nerves with so much understanding, acted quickly, and gave us the best advice possible — ultimately saving my dog’s life. Dr. Dunn did an incredible job with the surgery; my dog’s incision and stitches look beautiful, and she’s healing so well. I’m beyond grateful to Dr. Dunn and the entire team for their compassion and expertise. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their pet.

I had the worst experience in years last night. A kitten ran in front of my car on a two lane road in the middle of the night and I clipped it. I didn't know what it was until I turned around. I thought its legs were broken but it was it's back too. I'm still crying over this sweet baby but this vet took the angel back immediately and they were able to help it pass on and no longer be in pain. 😭 Very compassionate workers

I had to take my sweet outside cat Charlie in, he was weak, not eating, my favorite outside buddy. Sadly he had feline Lukemia and was gonna need a blood transfusion, with no guarantee it would help and had to make the best decision for him at the moment, which was not the best for me. Alone I cried and gave him his favorite chin scratches as he crossed the rainbow bridge. The staff was so caring and patient with me as I have a very hard time letting go. Thank you for all you did for Charlie and me! Rest in peace, sweet boy!
